But what about the sustainability of you? The spirit of writing series (SOW) is more than planting seeds of creativity, it’s about watching those seeds take root and grow in order to see all the beautiful possibilities you can become. It’s about the long hard road we face as writers and how to sustain that energy to make sure our seeds sprout into words and stories. It’s about turning ourselves into a sustainable resource and making sure we don’t run out of inspiration and passion. As someone once said, “as writers we are prophets”. We see. We observe. We tell the stories that are waiting to be told. And most importantly, we accept our responsibility and keep on writing. Perhaps then sustainability is all about lasting energy and building homes.
