More recently he has been listening to a lot of West African musicians like Salif Keita, Youssou N'Dour, Tinariwen and Ali Farka Toure.

Neil just loves music that fits the mood.  As he puts it so well, "even pop music can come from an honest place, and when music comes from there I like it."
