Buy your tickets on-line @ The Store PERFORMERS/DISPLAY REGISTRATION: 6.00 – 6.45PM SHOW BEGINS AT: 7.00PM On arrival please make sure that you register with one of the EAN Admin Team who will then introduce you to your Host for the evening, Musicians & Poets Please confirm your requirements whilst registering. Also please note that this event is not suitable for bands or groups larger than a trio.... If you would like to perform with a larger set up then please send us details and we will either programme a specific date for you or recommend you perform at one of our other nights where you can showcase your music. Artists & Displays After registration you will be shown to your display table where you can begin to set up. Tables will be covered, but if you have display mounts/boards or stand, they can be used also. Projected Artwork Artists that are having their work projected need to ensure that files are submitted to admin@eclecticartsnetwork.com at least 7 days before date of Event. Please Note: Please submit no more than 20 images. There have been some amazing collaborations at previous events. We suggest that you bring business cards and any other marketing material that you may have. METHODS FOR LEAVING COMMENTS: We welcome all comments, suggestions, blogs and thoughts regarding the night. Some of which may even find its way onto the website.
